Privacy & Data
How EasyGoing protects your information
Full privacy
EasyGoing is a web application where all your wishes, photos and documents are stored on your own Google Drive. Only you have access. We cannot see your information and do not store any personal data ourselves.
Minimal data
We do not collect or store any sensitive information about you. The only data we store is your email address, your Google ID and your payment status. This is the minimum required to make your account work.
We do not store passwords or payment details.
Your files and overview
EasyGoing creates a folder on your Google Drive where everything is stored. In this folder you will find:
A clear PDF of your complete plan, a ZIP file with your full package, folders with your documents and photos (organised per section), and a separate text file with the password you created for the secured package.
You can always view, download or share directly from your Google Drive.
Access on multiple devices
Because EasyGoing runs in your browser, you can access and update your information anywhere. On desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
Password protection
When you share your plan, you can protect the ZIP file with a password. This password is not included in the package, so you can share it separately.
Only people with both the file and the password can access your information.
The password is also saved as a separate file in your Google Drive, so you can always find it again.
If you forget your password, you can easily generate a new package and set a new password.
Welcome.

Share your plan
Share your plan with your trusted contacts.
Select who you want to share your package with. You can optionally protect it with a password.
This may take a moment.
They will receive an email with a link to download your shared package. If you've protected the ZIP file with a password, it can only be opened with that password. You can choose to share the password now, later, or not at all. If you decide to keep it separate, make sure it's stored in a safe place where it can be retrieved when needed.
